
NONA Ginger & Cranberry
Ingredients
5cl NONA Ginger
3cl Lemon juice
2cl Cranberry syrup*
3cl Soda water
Method
Shake** everything but the sparkling water with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top off with sparkling water, stir gently and garnish with fresh rosemary (and a lemon slice)

*How to make cranberry syrup? Dissolve 50 grams of sugar in 50ml of water over medium heat. Cut 100 grams of cranberries into 4 and add them. Keep stirring until the cranberries are soft and the syrup has a red color. Remove from the heat and strain everything.
**If you don't have a shaker, just fill the glass with all ingedrients and stirr.
