NONA Ginger & Apple
Karolien from Karola's Kitchen created this delicious non-alcoholic cocktail.
Ingredients
3 cL NONA Ginger
10 cL Apple juice
2 Limes (one for juice & and one for slices to use as garnish)
1 Green apple
A few mint sprigs
Crushed ice
Method
1. Rinse the mint. Put the apple juice in a cup and submerge the mint in it. Let stand - at best - for several hours or overnight.
2. Squeeze the limes.
3. Fill the glasses with crushed ice, to about an inch below the rim. Divide the lime juice and NONA Ginger between the glasses. Finally, pour over the mint-infused apple juice. Finish with fresh mint, lime wedges and apple slices if desired.
