NONA June & Collins
Ingredients
- 5 cL NONA June
- 3 cL Lemon juice
- 2 cL Sugar syrup
- Soda water
- Lemon zest / lemon slice
- Cubed ice
- Optional : sprig of thyme
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice, pour NONA June into the glass, followed by lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Top off with soda water and stir gently.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and/or lemon zest.
Tip: also garnish with a sprig of thyme
